Hello. I’m Martin, a nonprofit sector senior executive specializing in T.A.C.T. – Troubleshooting, Analysis, Cleanup and Turnaround/Transformation of nonprofit organizations, local businesses, and business units.

Deep experience, formal education, and lifelong learning bolster my 35+ years in public and charter school education, information technology, communication systems, human resources, and for-profit and nonprofit accounting.

In my personal time, I enjoy partnering with business and nonprofit leaders to establish sound practices and information systems for personal, professional, and organizational growth.

A serial entrepreneur and intrapreneur myself, my pet projects include mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs and artists to achieve goals through learning and growth opportunities; equipping them to find their voices in pursuit of their full potential; advocating for education and human rights causes; and contributing toward community and economic development.
