Hello. I’m Martin, a nonprofit sector senior executive specializing in T.A.C.T. – Troubleshooting, Analysis, Cleanup and Turnaround/Transformation of nonprofit organizations, local businesses, and business units.
Deep experience, formal education, and lifelong learning bolster my 35+ years in public and charter school education, information technology, communication systems, human resources, and for-profit and nonprofit accounting.
In my personal time, I enjoy partnering with business and nonprofit leaders to establish sound practices and information systems for personal, professional, and organizational growth.

Since first volunteering for a local middle school during my senior year, I’ve been involved in educating and mentoring young people toward their full potential and goals. Through speaking engagements, mentoring and coaching opportunities, and career day presentations, I’ve bridged my professional background and experience to academic and career goals of students throughout Philadelphia.
